Good Location

Location only and the host tried to hard to accommodate my request. He works hard to achieve guest expectation

We arrived after we caught up in the traffic from the airport for about 2.5hrs. Traffic in Philippines is normal daily life. The room was not ready after 1500hrs cleaners still there. The room for my children has no bed sheets, no towels around the facilities and toilet paper is not enough. The room is not the same as publish in booking.com. All equipment is run down floors and toilets is still dirty. The smell of the toilet is coming through out the apartment. I cut my left foot twice due to sharp edge of the steps of stairs. The hot water is not working at all leaks everywhere from the toilet to the kitchen area. Basically the place is running down, but because of the host is very accessible anytime it turns not too bad. I think the host can do better if he does a bit of repair in the apartment and make an effort to get rid of toilet smell around the apartment

The location is accessible.

The location is accessible. The view from the room is breathtaking.

Not worth the money. Staff services are really bad. The room was ready after 3 pm nearly 4 pm despite we contacted the owner when we Arrived at 11 am...when we came back the afternoon the staff at the reception still want us to contact the owner because there was no endorsement from the owner. The house was not so clean. There were cockroaches everywhere. The Sink in the bathroom is not draining. The hot and cold is not working... when you turn for the hot water it’s not getting warm at all.

Host was a bit late, and didnt even meet us personally to...

Host was a bit late, and didnt even meet us personally to give the key. When we arrived in the "Luxury" Loft, the place was not well prepared. Towels were still wet and being dried with electric fan, washing machine was still ongoing. It was not a good value for the price we paid (with regards to the cleanliness of the room) "Expectation vs Reality" it is.

Family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property and would recommend it to others.

The premises were spacious and it had good in room facilities and of course being so very close to the large shopping centres was perreft.

Minor problem with the swimmng pool access, which was quickly sorted out by the lady host.

This was the worst stay of my 17 day vacation and tour of the Philippines.

That I had a place to sleep

The pictures and description were deceiving to what was actually there. The room was a MESS upon arrival and even after being “cleaned” the bathroom were filthy, the table and counters were sticky none of the bedding was prepared. I didn’t expect 5 star standards but for being considered a luxury loft I was expecting much more comfortable and clean environment. We were so disappointed that we left it as a place to store luggage while we visited other islands and even checked out early. Extremely disappointing and the worse and most expensive place we found to stay during our 17 day vacation to the Philippines.

Jade's condo was amazing! GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

The original booked room by Mike was not the same room we stayed in because a friend, Jade, took us in his condo covering for Mike. His friend's condo was exceptional, great value for money. clean and fresh. There were 10 of us and we only had to pay 5000+ that makes it only 500 for each of us and we are already staying in one condo, a lot of beds, and a great view.

I couldn't contact Mike, his number was always busy which got me worried. I had to contact a couple of different numbers from the front desk and booking.com representative but they couldn't help me. Good thing, Jade, his friend got a hold of us through booking.com messages.

Accommodating host, dirty house.

The host is very accommmodating and his place has a perfect view of the city..

Sheets arent clean.. pillows are stinky.. garbage wasnt collected from the prior stay, no hot and cold shower in the restroom, wasnt able to use tv (no instructions provided how to) towels arent clean

Worked for what we were looking which was location and space to sleep at least 8 family Members

Location, owner was responsive to questions and issues. The cable did not work but he got it working after a couple of days. No towels or tp he quickly delivered.

The rooms are dated, had an over powering smell of bug spray for the first few days. The mildew smell coming out of the AC units. It is a great location and could be kept up better. The facilities were cleaned to a point, but not much beyond that. Getting a parking pass did not occur but nor did we inform the renter before arriving. Paying for pool towels when add indicates we shoul not have.

Only the location that I like, accessible to all, but the rest about it is a big No!

Almost all about the condo, they could have fixed and make the place in order first. But they didn't...it was worst. I do not recommend.

toilet so dirty, smelly, stinks, uncomfortable place to stay. Customer service not helpful contacting the owner to get our key, first she said “don’t know his telephone number and you contact him by yourself, she said its not her job to find the room key. very disappointing and even very disappointing when we saw the room.... smells urine , sink dirty.
